Step 1: Enquiry
Our sales associates will provide you with our latest designs, inclusions and pricing to your property location. Together we evaluate your needs, lifestyle and budget.
We also offer a free personal consultation at our Lawnton office where you can tour our Sample home and discuss your options and we can conduct free preliminary checks and reports.
Step 2: Preliminary Design & Pricing
Once you have selected your design, we will consult with you and modify the plan to suit your needs and make it your own. Consultation is also available with our in-house Draftsperson by appointment.
Once you are happy with your design you will receive a free preliminary estimate.
Step 3: Site Details
When you are happy with your preliminary estimate we will then arrange a site inspection where our builder/designer will measure up and discuss your proposed site and design.
Step 4: Quote, Plan & Specification
We then provide you with a formal quotation, floor plan and specifications.
Once you are satisfied with the quote a preliminary agreement payment is required so we can commence the pre-building process.
Step 5: Contract, Colour Selection & Approvals
Once your construction drawings are completed and your contract is signed we invite you to the office for a colour selection. Here you will select your internal and external colours and finishes.
Your building and plumbing approvals will be lodged and you can sit back and relax as we take care of the rest.
Step 6: Construction Commences
You will be kept fully informed throughout the entire process and you should allow a build time of 10-12 weeks. During this time, we will give you regular updates and send you photos at various stages of construction of your new home. If you are building a modular home you are welcome to come in at any time!
Step 7: Building Handover
At our handover we conduct a walkthrough inspection, provide documents, maintenance and safety advice and electrical demonstrations. You then receive your keys and you are now ready to move in and enjoy.
